Product Guarantee

Because some of our software is not encrypted and our customers have access to some of the source code, we cannot offer any kind of warranty or guarantee.  If you cannot get the software to work correctly... A) verify you have installed it correctly, B) check our support forum for help, tips, advice, suggestions, etc. and C) contact us for personalized help.  If you have altered our original code in any way, it will be hard for us to help so we will not provide support for heavily altered code adjustments.  We will however, provide you with original file copies of the product you purchased.  All our products are written with PHP/MySQL.  You must have both in order to use our software.

Installation Guarantee

DyWebWorks.com guarantees all installations performed.  If for some reason, we cannot install our software on your server, we will refund the amount you paid for the installation.  We will not however, refund the amount you paid for the software as you have been provided sufficient requirements prior to purchase.  Example: You purchased the product and installation but do not have PHP installed or access to a MySQL database.  In this case, we will refund the installation fee (because we cannot install our software without PHP or a MySQL database) but we will not refund the amount you paid for the product.  This refund policy also stands for standard purchases where installation is not purchased.  If you don't have the right server configuration, a refund will not be granted because we've provided you all the server requirments for each product prior to you making your purchase.

Upgrade Policy

If there is any upgrade and you would like to get upgraded version, then You need to purchase additional copy of new upgraded version and there is a 30% discount for those who already purchased the previous versions.

Unauthorized Resale of Products

DyWebWorks.com does not allow the unauthorized resale of products and will pursue any means necessary to prevent it.  This includes contact from an attorney, an abuse report to your web host and charges filed with your local authorities, the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).  It is a Federal crime to resell software via the Internet.  Our products (DyDatingWorks and DyTrafficWorks) are protected under copyright in the United States of America.

DyWebWorks.com Liability

In no event shall DyWebWorks.com (or it's employees) be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, stemming from the use or performance of any information, products and services provided through this web site, even if this web site has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  Although DyWebWorks.com does its best to maintain the information, products and services it offers on the Web site, it cannot be held responsible for any mistakes, faults, lost profits or other consequential damages arising from the use of DyWebWorks.com products which include DyDatingWorks and DyTrafficWorks.

Email Privacy

If you wish to subscribe to our mailing list, we require your email address.  We never sell our database and we never make your personal information public, ever.  As a Newsletter Member, we offer an opt-in/out feature.  As a customer, you will automatically be added to our administrative mailing list but we very rarely will send emails to customers.
